Credit Card Minimum Payments Doubled

New federal regulations became effective in 2006, mandating that the credit card companies double the minimum payments consumers must make each month on credit cards. If you are a consumer who can make only the minimum payments on your cards, you may be surprised to find yourself unable to keep up with the new credit card
