First Circuit Issues Canning v. HSBC Decision

On February 1, 2013, the First Circuit Court of Appeals issued a decision in the case of Canning v. HSBC.  Molleur Law Office prosecuted the case in the Bankruptcy Court and on appeal to the First Circuit.
