The First Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel recently reversed a decision of the Maine Bankruptcy Court in the case of In re Lumb. Lumb, represented by Joseph Goodman, Esq. of Portland, Maine, filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition in 2001.
