Hayden and Stark Attend Fall Bankruptcy Conferences

This fall, attorneys Jennifer G. Hayden and Andrea Bopp Stark attended bankruptcy conferences. In October, Jen attended the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) Annual Members Only Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Jen attended the two day mortgage/foreclosure track presented by national experts such as John Rao and Tara Tomey. Jen has returned to the office with new insights into proof of claims issues, challenging mortgagee standing, and the intersection of tax debt and bankruptcy.
In November, Jen and Andrea attended the 2011 Annual Bankruptcy Law Conference in Boston, MA sponsored by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education. Conference highlights included trends in bankruptcy practice, new developments in case law and a panel discussion by six of New England’s bankruptcy judges, including the Honorable Louis H. Kornreich, one of Maine’s two sitting bankruptcy judges.
Hayden and Stark will use the information they have gleaned from these conferences to continue to zealously represent Molleur law Office clients.
