Molleur achieves "AV" Rating

James Molleur was recently rated “AV” in bankruptcy by the Martindale-Hubbell attorney rating organization.  Martindale-Hubbell is one of the oldest and most respected attorney listing and rating organizations in the United States.  Martindale-Hubbell seeks the opinions of other attorneys to determine the proper rating for each attorney.  Attorneys are either not rated (due to insufficient information or insufficient experience of the attorney), or rated “CV”, “BV”, or “AV”.  “CV” rated attorneys are determined to be competent in their areas of the law and highly ethical in their profession.  “BV” rated attorneys are determined to be distinguished in their knowledge of their area of the law and also highly ethical.
