Meet Our Paralegals and Staff

Martine Boissoneault is an experienced litigation paralegal. She has been a legal assistant and paralegal since 1976 and has worked with Attorney Molleur on bankruptcy matters since 1998. Martine is also fluent in French. We have several clients from Canada who are creditors in bankruptcy cases and Martine’s familiarity with that language has been invaluable in assisting them.

Cheryl Wilkinson has been with Molleur Law Office since October of 2003 and was promoted to Office Manager in January 2012.    Cheryl worked previously as a Chapter 13 paralegal with Molleur Law Office and proved she possessed all of the qualities to manage our daily operations.  She is an invaluable member of our team.

Brenna Reali began working at our office in February 2007. She graduated in 1999 from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor of Arts degree and is an experienced paralegal in bankruptcy. Brenna works diligently assisting our Chapter 13 clients in navigating their way through the bankruptcy process. We value her contributions in efficiently and effectively representing consumer and small business clients.

Melissa Martin joined our office in October 2006. She is currently a paralegal assisting with Chapter 7 matters and litigation. She graduated from the Heartland College of Art in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is a true "people person" and provides excellent customer service to our clients.

Michelle Vallee joined our practice in July 2008. Michelle is a paralegal assisting clients with Chapter 13 cases. She has over 10 years of experience in small business operations and sales. Her organizational and client-focused skills enable her to provide quality and caring service to our clients.

Carissa Bolduc joined our office in October 2007. She holds a paralegal position working on Chapter 13 cases, providing prompt service to many of our clients. She has a master's degree in sports psychology and has worked in a variety of administrative and financial positions in several prominent local businesses. We are pleased to have her talents in our office.

Bridget Scott began her career with Molleur Law Office in 2008 as receptionist. She quickly proved to be a fast learner, as well as a hardworking and dedicated employee. She was promoted to her current position of Legal Assistant in April of 2011. Bridget’s role supporting both our Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy teams of paralegals makes her a key player in keeping the bankruptcy side of our business running smoothly.

Kelly Cadorette joined Molleur Law Office in October of 2008 and has since been promoted to Chapter 7 bankruptcy paralegal. As a result of her prior experience working with the general public, Kelly developed an ability to provide empathetic communication and utilizes that quality with our clients. Her friendly personality and organizational skills enable her to provide much needed support to our attorneys. She is a valuable member of our team.

Evalyn Ayer started working here at Molleur Law Office as a paralegal in March of 2011. After receiving a Master of Education degree from the University of Orono, Evalyn taught school for several years before obtaining her Paralegal Certificate from Andover College (now Kaplan University). Evalyn brings an abundance of valuable work and life experiences to our office, making her a strong member of our Chapter 13 bankruptcy team.

Amanda Billing started here as receptionist and quickly proved she had the necessary skills to become a member of our team of Chapter 13 bankruptcy paralegals. She studied Political Science at the University of Maine, Farmington, for three years, and is currently working toward earning a Paralegal Certificate from Kaplan University. Amanda’s experiences in customer service have taught her many skills, enabling her to become a highly organized, compassionate, and effective employee.

Sandra Good, who has completed the Associates of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies program at Kaplan University, is our current receptionist. Her several years of experience working in both the banking and insurance industry, along with her education at Kaplan and University of Southern Maine, has helped prepare her for her central position here at Molleur Law Office.

Sean Flaherty joined Molleur Law Office in November of 2011.   Sean works closely with Attorney Andrea Bopp Stark assisting clients through the loan modification process.  Sean brings extensive customer service experience and a positive attitude to Molleur Law Office.  His customer service skills matched with his compassionate nature enable Sean to provide the best service to our valued clients.
