Invitation to join Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy
Jim Molleur has been invited to become a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy and will be formally inducted into the College in March 2018.
8th Individual in the State of Maine to join
The American College of Bankruptcy was created in 1989 and has currently approximately 800 members across the United States. Jim will be the 8th individual in the State of Maine given the honor of joining this organization. The College is a peer review organization - in other words, members in the organization choose new members to join based upon the following criteria:
First, the individual must demonstrate the highest professional and ethical standards in the bankruptcy profession. Second, individuals must have a high level of character, integrity, professional expertise, and leadership in their field of study and must advance bankruptcy scholarship and education. Third, there must be sustained evidence of scholarship, teaching, lecturing, and published writings.
Highest Honor to be Invited
An invitation from the College is one of the highest honors that could be bestowed upon a bankruptcy attorney. Jim is humbled by the invitation and hopes to continue to uphold the high standards of the College in the future.
