Attorney Andrea Bopp Stark is teaching Introduction to Consumer Rights Litigation, an experiential learning course, at Boston College Law School this Spring.  The students will be given a fact-pattern based on mortgage servicing errors and learn how to help a homeowner facing a wrongful foreclosure.  Attorney Bopp Stark will guide the students through interviewing the client, communicating with the mortgage company, filing a lawsuit, conducting discovery, and advocating for judgment and relief for the homeowner.  The students will also learn of the real-life financial and emotional upheaval homeowners face when dealing with errors on their account.  The course runs from January to April 2018.
