Tanya Sambatakos, Esq.

Tanya is a partner of Molleur Law Office, practicing out of the Saco office. She concentrates her bankruptcy practice on representing consumers and small businesses in ME and MA. Tanya received her B.S. degree in business administration from Babson College and her J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School.
Jennifer Hayden, Esq.
she/hers
Jennifer joined Molleur Law 2008. She focuses on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy cases. She also litigates consumer and bankruptcy law violations in bankruptcy and state courts. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer practiced in Massachusetts for several years at Neighborhood Legal Services in Lynn and Lawrence.

When I started Molleur Law over 20 years ago, I did so with the intention to provide high quality and cost effective legal help to individuals and businesses in financial distress in Southern Maine. I’m happy to say we exceeded my original goals.
The office grew from one attorney to as many as eight attorneys, assisting clients across Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. We have dedicated, knowledgable paralegals and staff working to help clients accomplish their goals.
After 42 years of practicing law, I retired, effective December 31, 2021. I’m very pleased to leave the firm in the extremely capable hands of Tanya and Jen. I know they will continue to provide excellent representation to existing and future clients of Molleur Law.
